How to set bounce of a model in a physically correct way

I am struggling to simulate bounce properly . Using the code pasted in the [past Q&A](http://answers.gazebosim.org/question/678/a-simple-question-on-changing-bounce-properties/), I run several simulations changing the value of "restitution_coefficient" to check the behaiver. And, I observed the following strange results. 1) I lefted the ball up and released it with several different height of lift. Sometimes, the ball didn't bounce at all. 2) Even when I set the coefficient of restitution to values like 0 or 1.0, the ball was still bouncing. Could anyone teach me the reason of those results and the proper way to simulate the bounce? Or, if you know detailed documentation about bounce (unfortunately I wasn't able to find it), would you tell me? For your information, I paste the code below. model://ground_planemodel://sun0 0 10.5 0 0 00.50.90100.5
