In my Insert Tab I only have the model database, why?

Previously I was following the tutorial fine. Now in my Insert Tab I no longer have the three options (Simple shapes, Custom Shapes, model Database). I only have the options which would be under model database. I have messed with any settings at all. I'm working on Ubuntu 16.04. Thank you for your assistance.
