How to avoid this error , Error [gazebo_motor_model.cpp:144] Aliasing on motor [0] might occur. Consider making smaller simulation time steps or raising the rotor_velocity_slowdown_sim_ param.?

I have added a two link arm to a quadrotor, now I want to add effort controller to the arm. When I am applying the controller, I am getting the following error. Error [gazebo_motor_model.cpp:144] Aliasing on motor [0] might occur. Consider making smaller simulation time steps or raising the rotor_velocity_slowdown_sim_ param.
