heigthmaps in gazebo 2.2?

I have the gazebo 2.2+ROS indigo version(this one http://www.mathworks.com/supportfiles/robotics/ros/virtual_machines/v3/installation_instructions.htm) and I'm trying to add a heightmap to the simulation. I have been following this tutorial: https://github.com/AS4SR/general_info/wiki/Creating-Heightmaps-for-Gazebo but in my directory there isn't only the model.config and model.sdf files as it is said there is also a model_1.2.sdf , model_1.3.sdf and model_1.4.sdf. It is possible to generate heigthmaps as explained there?It is possible at all in gazebo 2.2?
